We are delighted to be taking part in a research project run in conjunction with Canterbury University and the Harmony Project.
Our Easter Service this year ended with an art trail around the church gardens. The art has been produced over the last month as each class has worked to make an artistic interpretation of the station's of the cross. During the service, a modern version of the Lord's Prayer was read. This prayer was completed in a workshop with Reverend Lizzie Womack, who went on to share it with the Sunday congregation at Leintwardine Church.
Today we held out first Colour Run - so many huge smiles and lots and lots of fun!
Sharks (Year 3 and 4) had a fabulous time at Oakerwood and got to enjoy some of the first really sunshine of the year!
We have had an exciting start to the new year!
Our Harvest Festival this year was on the theme of 'You reap what you sow' Each class took a turn in the service and the Nursery children came along to watch and sing too.
We all gave donations of food that were collected to send to the local foodbank.

French Day - A reward for collecting 10,000 Reading miles!
The year 5 children were invited to the Court of Noke to take part in a school day. They had a fabulous time doing yoga, environmental art and looking at the wildlife. They had a fabulous day.
Our challenge was to plant the 300 trees provided by 'The Woodland Trust'. Challenge accepted....
We celebrated work book day this year by dressing up as our favourite characters and completing a murder mystery challenge. We had great fun.
