Year 1/2 - Buttercups
Our topic this half-term is 'Where in the world are we?'. This will take us on an exciting journey around the globe! We will explore the oceans, continents, discover what a compass is and learn about the different geographical features that are local to us.

We have been writing a set of instructions about how to wash an animal. We kicked off our topic with some practical activities. We washed everything we could find with warm, soapy water and gave it a good dry. We collected so much vocabulary from this.
Welcome to Buttercups class, the home of our key stage 1 children, taught by Miss Lewis (Mon-Thurs) with Mrs Bowyer (Thurs-Fri) and supported by Mrs Burkin (Full time).
